CDOIQ Symposium comes to Japan

In 2025, the #CDOIQ will bring the globally renowned Chief Data Officer & Information Quality Symposium (CDOIQ) previously hosted at MIT to Japan, in cooperation with Shiga University. The symposium will be hosted in the beautiful campus of Shiga University as an in-person event. The CDOIQ Symposium has established itself as one of the most important data events in the world to exchange innovative ideas, best practices and to promote the adoption of the CDO role.

Under the theme of “Harnessing AI and Digital Transformation for Regional Revitalization and Robust Data Governance”, the Inaugural CDOIQ Japan Symposium will provide a platform for data leaders from academia, government and industry to collaborate on Asia Pacific’s hot topics on data and share ideas on data-driven value creation and innovation. The Symposium includes but not limited to, plenary keynote speeches, panel, thought leadership, case studies, policies and strategies, prioritizations and alignment, and innovative research results. 

We look forward to the intimate, one-day gathering to share and gain expert knowledge on 05 December 2025. Sustainable business value can be created with data only when organizations are data literate, and silos are broken down.
