Participated in the establishment of Shiga Prefecture’s first computer vocational school in response to the rise of higher education and the emergence of the information society. Later, recognizing the need for a system to support practical computer operations, he founded Nihon Soft Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. (Japan Software Development Co., Ltd.). Alongside obtaining patents related to regional informatization, multimedia technologies, and environmental support systems, he aimed to build a company capable of disseminating information from local regions.

Appointed Managing Director and General Manager of the Sales Division.
